Casey Poppinga

Casey Poppinga is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Investment Operations at Collective Influence since September 2022, Casey also acts as Managing Partner at Penha Holdings since April 2009, overseeing a boutique real estate fund specializing in residential equity and debt capital across nine states. Previous roles include Market Acquisitions Director at SFR3 Fund and Director of Operations and Training at Response Marketing Group, where Casey provided leadership in real estate investment consultation and operational services. Casey has successfully contributed as a keynote speaker in various real estate events and holds an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from Utah State University. Earlier in a sports career, Casey played as a Tight End in the NFL, participating in significant playoff games.
