Katie Otto

Katie is a licensed employment law attorney by training, but she’s an HR leader at heart. She joined Collective Measures in 2019, which in hindsight was extremely fortuitous – Katie’s efforts were central in successfully championing their workforce through the global pandemic. Today, Katie is on the front lines, fearlessly shaping the future of the agency’s working model and guiding Collective Measures through its continued growth. While Katie can dive deep into the technicalities of health insurance or retirement plans with ease, she is happiest recruiting and chatting with future CMers. Prior to stepping into the agency world, Katie accrued 27 years of HR experience across a variety of industries, including financial services, health and vocational services, and fashion and catalog merchandising.
