Aaron Berghuber MBA GAICD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aaron currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Collective Shift, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Collective Shift from March 2022 to June 2023.

In addition to their work at Collective Shift, Aaron is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, where they have been an EO member since August 2022.

Aaron also has experience serving on the board of Southern Grove Primary School as a Board Member since May 2020.

Furthermore, Aaron has displayed their passion for sharing knowledge and insights through their involvement in podcasting. Aaron is the Co-Host of the Collective Shift Podcast, where they discuss the latest developments in the crypto space with expert researchers and analysts. Aaron has been serving in this role since September 2022. Aaron is also the Co-Host of the Ben & Bergs Podcast, a role they have held since June 2022.

Between 2001 and 2005, Aaron Berghuber obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems & Information Systems Development from Murdoch University.

In 2013, Aaron Berghuber acquired a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Central Institute of Technology.

Starting in 2015 and ending in 2019, Aaron Berghuber pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction at The University of Western Australia. During this time, they were awarded the Tracey Horton Scholar and achieved a GPA of 6.9/7.
