Anam Waseem

Anam Waseem is currently a recruiter at Collective, but they have previous experience working as an executive assistant at Motive. Anam started at Motive in June 2018 and worked there until March 2020. During their time at Motive, they proactively managed, assessed, and predicted the day-to-day needs of the Co Founder/COO and VP of Ops to ensure they were prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events. Anam was also appointed to support the Executive Operations Lead, Director of Sales, Manager of Business Operations and VP of Revenue and Strategy. In addition, they successfully supported both the COO and VP of Ops while being 100% remote.

Some key projects and accomplishments during their time as an EA include: being promoted from Management Assistant to Executive Assistant in 6 months, creating introductory slide decks for 3 operations departments for HR Onboarding, designing a detailed travel document for employees travelling from SF to PK that was used company wide, interviewing, hiring and coaching a EA for the sales org, an English language coach and a leadership trainer for the Operations org, and creating meaningful onboarding schedules for a rapidly expanding leadership team.

Anam Waseem graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Human Resource Management from Middlesex University Dubai. Anam also has a certification from PADI in Open Water Scuba Diver (18m).
