Alison Allgor

Alison Allgor currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Collectors since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alison held various senior positions at Groupon from May 2011 to April 2020, including Senior Vice President of HR, Vice President of HR, and Director of HR. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Country Doctor Community Health Centers from 2007 to May 2011, VP of Business Operations at Pelago from November 2006 to April 2011, and leadership roles at Amazon.com from 1997 to May 2006, encompassing Director of Global Development Centers and Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Alison was the VP of Human Resources at D.E. Shaw & Co from 1992 to 1997. Alison holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Yale University.
