Malin Westman has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Gruppchef for Collectums kundservice since August 2018. Prior to this role, Malin worked at Bankgirot from September 1988 to August 2018, holding the position of Chef Kundservice. Malin was instrumental in advancing the digitalization of Sweden's payment market, serving six million individuals and over half a million businesses. Additionally, various positions were held within Bankgirot until 2003, including Coach and kompetensutvecklingsansvarig within the customer service organization, as well as roles as Affärsrådgivare and Kundrådgivare in sales, marketing, and customer service.
