Pamela Winningham

Pamela Winningham has over 20 years of experience in the design industry. Pamela began their career in 2001 as the Principal & Art Director for Redspine Design / Pamela Winningham Design. In 2005, they joined Brand Agent as a Senior Graphic Designer, and in 2006 they moved to Brand Mechanix as a Senior Graphic Designer. In 2007, they were hired as a Senior Art Director at SWJ. In 2010, they took on a Contract Art Director & Project Manager role at JCPenney. From 2011 to 2021, Pamela worked as the Sr. Art Director, Global Brand & Design, Packaging at Mary Kay, where they designed and directed the development of innovative, upscale cosmetic packaging and product designs for Mary Kay regional teams in the U.S., China and Latin America. In 2021, they joined Colleen Rothschild Beauty as the Creative Art Director.

Pamela Winningham attended Temple University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design.
