Janelle Jackson

Janelle Jackson is an experienced Information Technology Security Analyst currently employed at College Ave Student Loans since January 2020. Prior to this role, Janelle served as the Alt-Information Security Officer and Telecom/Network Technician III for the State of Delaware, where responsibilities included managing user access in Active Directory, developing information security policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing technical support for Courts applications.
