Cheryl Kotek

Cheryl Kotek is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at College City Beverage since May 2019, Cheryl oversees the comprehensive management of HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and safety. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked as a Business and HR Consultant at Glowing Hearth & Home Inc, where efficiency improvements and HR best practices were implemented. Cheryl's tenure at Chart Industries, Inc. spanned from 1997 to September 2018, with progressively responsible roles including Director of Human Resources for the Distribution & Storage Group, where employee strategies and organizational initiatives were developed, and Human Resources Manager, focusing on payroll, benefits, and fostering employee morale. Cheryl began their career as an Executive Assistant, gaining valuable insights into operational dynamics.
