Iyad Koussa

Iyad Koussa is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT consulting, network analysis, and education. Currently serving as an IT Specialist and Senior Network Analyst at TELUS Business since January 2013, Iyad provides L2/L3 technical support and develops infrastructure improvement plans for major clients. Concurrently, Iyad has been an IT Professor at Collège de Maisonneuve since March 2012, delivering evening courses on various IT topics, including TCP/IP technology, Microsoft server administration, and network security.
