Katie M.

Katie M. currently serves as the Associate Director of HR Operations and Talent Management at the College for Social Innovation, leading the human resources function with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and operational management. Additionally, Katie has experience as a Social Media and Design Consultant for FHI 360, where educational graphics and video content for the Department of State's initiatives are created. Previous roles include Program Developer at EXPLO, where more than 70 seasonal staff members are hired and trained, and Director of Operations at Cold Spring School. Katie's background also includes teaching, serving as a Fulbright Grantee, and holding various positions related to program coordination and educational engagement. An education from Wesleyan University and a semester abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid complements Katie's professional experience.
