Cinthia Rodriguez is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at the College Internship Program since May 2021, Cinthia previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Integrated Pain Associates from August 2016 to October 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Office Manager at Habitat for Humanity International and as an Assistant Store Manager II at Follett. Cinthia holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside.

The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
