Currently serving as the People & Capability Manager at Avanti Finance since March 2018, Rebecca previously held recruitment roles at The Switch Agency and Eclipse Recruitment, where expertise in various sectors including Business Operations, Administration, and HR was demonstrated. As the Founding Virtual Consultant at Vanilla Admin from October 2008 to August 2016, Rebecca provided essential services to SMEs seeking flexible administrative support. Leadership roles include President of the Hibiscus Coast branch of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society and Auckland Regional Manager for Venus Network. Prior experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant at both Merck and CBRE.
