The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.

The Education and Therapeutic Team at CIP collaborates to provide comprehensive support for students on the autism spectrum and with learning differences. This team, consisting of clinicians, expressive therapists, and life skills coaches, works together to develop individualized therapeutic and educational plans that enhance the students' academic performance, emotional well-being, and daily living skills, fostering independence and long-term success.
