College Internship Program (CIP)
Elisha Lloyd, MA, APCC, R-DMT, currently serves as a Clinician and Expressive Therapist at the College Internship Program since September 2023. Previously, Elisha held positions as an Expressive Therapist and Clinician at Walden Behavioral Care from December 2021 to July 2023, and as a Clinician at The Foundation for Learning & Inspiring Health & Healing from October 2021 to April 2022. Elisha's background includes work as a Registered Veterinary Technician at Heal Veterinary Clinic, LLC, and VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Hospital, contributing to the field from January 2019 to August 2021 and September 2012 to July 2018, respectively. Additional experience includes mental health counseling roles at Beth Israel Lahey Health and Asperger/Autism Network, as well as a Group Therapy Internship at Perkins School for the Blind. Elisha earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Dance Therapy from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. An Associate’s Degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology was obtained from Foothill College.

College Internship Program (CIP)
The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
