CLE | College Living Experience
Liz Blum is an experienced professional in the fields of independent living skills and youth program coordination, currently serving as the ILS Coordinator at College Living Experience (CLE) since September 2016. In this role, Liz manages the Independent Living Skills department at the largest CLE location in the United States, leading a team to develop individualized programming for college students with varying disabilities while ensuring compliance with California Regional Centers. Prior to this, Liz held roles as a Resident Advisor and Transition Consultant, successfully guiding students with disabilities towards achieving life goals. Other notable experience includes coordinating youth programs at The Tiyya Foundation, managing ESL classes for refugees, and serving as Site Coordinator at THINK Together. Liz holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government & Global Studies from Ripon College.

We are a team of diverse professionals that provide young adults with learning differences wrap-around supports as they journey through their transition to independence. Since 1989, College Living Experience (CLE) has been providing transition supports to young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other varying exceptionalities. Our success as the industry leader stems from our commitment to remain focused on the potential of each individual we serve. Over the years the evolution and innovation of CLE services have been based on our mission which inspires us to reach beyond the boundaries of the traditional supports. The CLE team provides individualized services across the areas of academics, career development, independent living, and social skills. It’s these wrap-around supports that help each student experience independence as they transition to college, pursue a career and build a life away from home.
