Caitlin Burke has a range of work experience in various organizations. Caitlin started as a Student Teacher in the Wake County Public School System in 2021. In the same year, they also worked as a Development Office Student Worker at North Carolina State University. In 2019, they joined College Mentors for Kids, Inc. as a Mentor and later took on the roles of Activity Director and Vice President of Activity Planning. Caitlin was also a Sorority Recruitment Counselor at the National Panhellenic Conference Inc. in 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Camp Host at Marbles Kids Museum and as a CBX at CycleBar in 2021. In 2020, Caitlin served as the Director of Service and Philanthropy at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and as an Early Childhood Intern at Marbles Kids Museum.

Caitlin Burke completed their education at North Carolina State University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a focus on STEM. Prior to that, they attended Panther Creek High School from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, which they obtained in October 2021, and Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in July 2019.
