Ellie Howe

Ellie Howe is an innovative leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Deaf Lids™, a company established in March 2021 that develops protective helmets for individuals with cochlear implants. In addition to this role, Ellie holds the position of Vice President of Programming at College Mentors for Kids, Inc., where efforts are focused on mentoring youth to inspire future success. Ellie is also a member of the Tri Delta sorority at Butler University and will soon take on a Marketing and Solutions Intern role at Agiliti. Previous experiences include being a Certified Ski Instructor and working in finance for the non-profit Letters of Love, which connects high school students with children in need. Ellie Howe is pursuing a degree in International Business at Butler University, having graduated from Wayzata High School in May 2021.
