Charles Fiegl

Charles Fiegl serves as the Director of Communications & Media Relations at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since December 2013, where Fiegl leads the organization’s external communication strategy and oversees media relations to promote CAP's policy priorities. Prior roles within CAP include Acting Senior Director and Director of Advocacy Communications, where Fiegl contributed to the advocacy agenda through strategic communications and content creation. Fiegl's prior experience includes work as a Washington Reporter for American Medical News, Associate Editor at UCG, and various reporting positions at regional newspapers. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Communication from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University.
