Elizabeth A. Sheppard

Elizabeth A. Sheppard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in oncology diagnostics, market access, and public policy. Currently serving as the Vice Chair of the CAP HQIP Committee at the College of American Pathologists since September 2023, Elizabeth also holds the position of Global Pricing & Market Access Director for Oncology Diagnostics at AstraZeneca since October 2021. Previous roles include serving as President of the Anatomic Pathology Patient Interest Association from 2016 to October 2021 and an extensive tenure at Roche Tissue Diagnostics, holding various leadership positions from Senior Director of Global Access & Public Policy to Director of Global Collaborations. Additionally, Elizabeth has contributed to the National Society for Histotechnology both as President and Vice President and has garnered experience in marketing and strategy at Ventana Medical Systems. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and an AAS in Science Laboratory Technology from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
