Michael Dugan

Michael Dugan, M.D., possesses extensive experience in the field of pathology and medical diagnostics. Currently serving as the Chair of the House of Delegates 2024 Rules Action Group and the Chair of the California State Delegation for the College of American Pathologists, Michael Dugan also contributes to the CAP Foundation Development Committee. Additionally, Michael Dugan is a Board Member of the American Pathology Foundation and holds the positions of President and CEO at MCDXI Medical Diagnostics Inc. as well as Senior Medical Advisor at both FormaPath, Inc. and LifeData. Michael Dugan earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame.
