Fanio K.

Fanio K. has extensive experience in marketing and communications within the educational and cultural sectors. Currently serving as the HSS Director of Marketing and Communications and Assistant to the Dean at the College of Charleston since November 2020, Fanio previously held the position of Manager of Marketing and Public Programs at the Historic Charleston Foundation from November 1997 to June 2020. Earlier in the career, Fanio worked as a Museum Educator at Drayton Hall/National Trust for Historic Preservation from 1995 to 1997. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of the South, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Museum Management from the University of South Carolina. A high school diploma was earned from Porter-Gaud School.
