Daniel Posluszny

Dan Posluszny has extensive experience in emergency preparedness, security services, and education. Currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Manager at The College of New Jersey since April 2022, Dan leads the development and execution of business continuity plans and emergency response strategies. Prior to this, Dan worked as the Director of Security Services at iXP Corporation, where project management focused on public safety consulting for various institutions. Dan also has a background in academia, teaching courses in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice at several universities. Dan's notable leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Police for the Township of Lawrence, overseeing a team of sworn officers and managing emergency services. Dan holds a Doctor of Education from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey.
