Jennifer Simon

Jennifer Simon is currently the Assistant Director of Student Involvement at The College of New Jersey, where responsibilities include providing programming expertise and support to the College Union Board. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as the Associate Director of Major Events and Programs at Rutgers University, coordinating over 200 university-wide events with a budget exceeding $1 million. Jennifer also owned Pretty Little Details, an event planning and design company, and held multiple positions at Rutgers University, including Assistant Director of Student Life and Program Assistant, where oversight of student volunteers and program administration was key. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Business Economics, both obtained from Rutgers University.
