Joshuah Carlani, MAT, BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Program Leader for the Emotional Regulation Impairment Program at Montgomery Township School District, responsible for developing this inaugural in-district special education program. Additionally, Joshuah holds the position of Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey, teaching courses related to special education. Previous experience includes roles as a Behavior Analyst at Proud Moments ABA, where evidence-based treatment plans were customized for children, and as a Special Education Teacher within various school districts, where Joshuah demonstrated leadership in special education programs and crisis prevention training. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Monmouth University.
