Rayjohn Felicia

Rayjohn Felicia, MBA, currently serves as the Coordinator for the Bonner Community Scholars Program and Community Engaged Learning Coordinator at The College of New Jersey since January 2022. Responsibilities include implementing community engagement programs for first-year students and overseeing the Summer Community Leaders Program. Previously, Rayjohn held positions at Rider University, including Graduate Assistant in the Office of Service and Civic Engagement, managing the Resource Pantry and supporting the Bonner Community Scholars Program. Early career experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Services Representative and various student engagement positions at Rider University, emphasizing community involvement and service learning. Rayjohn earned an MBA in General Management and a BSBA in Accounting from Rider University.
