Ryan LaO has accumulated significant experience in the HVAC field, currently serving as a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor at The College of New Jersey since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Mechanical Equipment Specialist at The Department of Transportation NJ for a brief period from November 2021 to February 2022, focusing on HVAC repair and maintenance.
