Amelia D. is an experienced professional with a background in administrative roles and customer service, currently serving as a Monitoring Administrator at the College of Nurses of Ontario since July 2014. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant in Prosecutions and Investigations Assistant, where Amelia developed expertise in managing sensitive information, processing payments, and updating member profiles in the ‘FLO’ system.
