Cynthia Jiang, CPA, CCP, currently serves as the Manager of Finance and Operations at the College of Nurses of Ontario since July 2023, overseeing finance, contract and procurement, building operations, and office services. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Controller at Halton Hills Hydro, focusing on utility ratemaking and regulatory reporting. Experience also includes roles as Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Liberty, where short-term and long-term planning was emphasized, and as Finance Stream Lead at ADP, driving process implementation and financial modeling. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Accountant at State Street, specializing in international mutual fund reporting. Cynthia's educational background includes a B.Com in Accounting from the University of Toronto, CPA certification from CPA Canada, and certification as a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci Canada.
