Donna J. Harvey

Donna J. Harvey is an experienced professional in the field of education and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at the Office of Graduate Admission at the College of Our Lady of the Elms since 2001. In this role, Donna supports graduate admissions by overseeing application processes, office operations, events, and training. Previously, Donna held the position of Assistant Director for the School of Graduate and Professional Studies, where responsibilities included student assistance throughout the enrollment journey, recruitment, community outreach, and collaboration with marketing to enhance program visibility. Prior to joining Elms College, Donna worked as a court reporter, recording and producing official records for legal entities, and served as an international telephone operator at AT&T. Donna holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Elms College, as well as an Associate’s degree in Court Reporting from Springfield Technical Community College.
