The Leadership Team at the College of Our Lady of the Elms is responsible for setting the strategic direction and governance of the institution. Comprising key executives such as the President, VPs of Student Affairs, Finance & Administration, and Institutional Advancement, the team collaborates to promote academic excellence, enhance diversity and student engagement, ensure financial sustainability, and strengthen community relations, ultimately supporting the college's mission and values.
