Andrea Horton

Andrea Horton has extensive experience in human resources, working in various leadership roles. Andrea began their career as an Account Manager at The Personnel Department in 1990 and then moved on to become the People Resources Director at Delta Hotels & Resorts in 1997. Andrea then joined Cossette Communication-Marketing in 2001 as the Director of Human Resources. In 2007, they became the Director of Human Resources at the Vancouver Convention Centre. After their tenure there, Andrea worked as the Director of Team Development at Rennie Group from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Andrea is serving as the Director of Human Resources at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia since 2017.

Andrea Horton completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Queen's University between 1985 and 1989. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Royal Roads University between 2000 and 2002.
