Pam Hamburg

Pam Hamburg has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the System Contract Director at Western Health Advantage since October 1997. Throughout their tenure, Pam has held several key positions, including Business Intelligence Director and Claims Manager, where responsibilities encompassed contract management for the Facets Operating System, system configuration, and leading the development of the Claims Department. Notably, Pam was instrumental in the implementation of a new Operating System in 2003 and has also contributed to operational processes as an Operations Analyst and a Member Services Manager. Prior experience includes roles at United Parcel Service and Sunset Whitney Country Club, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from California State University-Sacramento.
