Boz Bostrom

Boz Bostrom is a seasoned professional in accounting and finance with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Professor of Accounting and Finance at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University since August 2004, Boz also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Society of CPAs. As the owner of Wellspring CPE, LLC, Boz delivers keynotes and continuing education sessions focusing on ethics and leadership, leading numerous speaking engagements in 2023. Previous roles include International Tax and Finance Consultant at Pentair, Senior Manager of International Tax at Deloitte, and Manager of International Tax at Arthur Andersen & Co., showcasing a strong background in international tax issues, mergers, acquisitions, and financial modeling. Boz began a career in taxation at Price Waterhouse and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint John's University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Minnesota.
