John Andrick

John Andrick is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Dean for Student Academic Success at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. With a robust background in student services, John has held various leadership roles, including Assistant Dean of Students at Concordia College, where responsibilities included overseeing the Center for Student Success and fostering collaborations to enhance student retention and graduation rates. Previous positions include Director of Student Academic Services at Valley City State University, Campus Director and Dean of Education at Globe University, and Learning Center Coordinator and Campus Registrar at Rasmussen College. John holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, complemented by early educational studies at the University of Minnesota.
