Dr. Rodney Redmond has extensive work experience in the field of education. Dr. Rodney is currently serving as the Provost & Vice President of Learning at the College of Southern Maryland since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Montgomery College starting in 2014, where they held the position of Dean of English and Reading. In this role, they provided leadership and supervision for faculty, staff, and curriculum in the English and Reading departments. Additionally, they served as the administrative supervisor for the Writing, Reading, and Language Center.
