Dr. Tony Warrick

Director Of Community Enrichment at College of Southern Maryland

Dr. Tony Warrick has a diverse work experience background. Dr. Tony has worked as an author, writing several books on topics related to Christianity and self-discovery. Dr. Tony'smost recent book, "The Book of Jonah: Insights for the Christian Faith," was published in September 2021. Dr. Tony also authored "Bible Scriptures by Topic: A Quick Reference Guide to Bible Verses Kindle Edition." Additionally, they have written two books titled "Jesus and Coffee: 21 Day Journey to Self-Discovery for the Best of Me" and "Jesus and Coffee: 30 Devotional to Kick Start Your Day."

In addition to their writing career, Dr. Warrick has professional experience in education. Dr. Tony worked as the Director of Community Enrichment at the College of Southern Maryland starting in January 2018. Before that, they served as an Educator, Intramural Coordinator, and Track and Field Coach at the Charles County Board of Education from August 2015 to December 2017.

Prior to their career in education, Dr. Warrick worked for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government as a Senior Firefighter, Hazmat Specialist, and Emergency Medical Technician from December 2004 to August 2015. Dr. Tony began their firefighting career as a Firefighter I at the Bay Leaf Volunteer Fire Department from September 1998 to December 2004.

Dr. Tony Warrick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies from Saint Augustine's University. Dr. Tony later earned a Master of Science degree from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Divinity degree from Apex School of Theology. Dr. Warrick then went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Capella University and a Doctor of Theology degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
