Hermetta J. Wright

Hermetta J. Wright serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Southern Maryland, facilitating business workshops and trainings focused on HR and administration management since August 2023. As the Founder, CEO, and Organizational Consultant at EDUTEACHandTRAIN, LLC since May 2020, Hermetta J. Wright has developed training and strategic plans while researching organizational functions and personnel development. With extensive experience at FEMA since 2001, Hermetta J. Wright has held various titles, including Cadre Management and Training Branch Chief and Supervisory Program Manager, contributing to emergency management and training efforts. Hermetta J. Wright is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, with a strong educational background that includes a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, among other qualifications.
