Ralph Critten is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition and industry engagement, currently serving as the Director of Industry Engagement at the College of Southern Maryland since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph held various positions at the City of Alexandria, Virginia, from June 2012 to September 2024, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead. Ralph also worked at the City of Alexandria Workforce Development Center as a Business Services Specialist from June 2012 to November 2021. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Associate Director at Marymount University Career & Internship Center from August 2006 to July 2012 and as Assistant Director, Area Coordinator, and Resident Director at Clarion University Career Services Center from August 1995 to August 2006. Ralph holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University, a BA in Communications from Wilberforce University, and an MS in Communications with a focus on Training & Development from PennWest Clarion.
