Jim Keel possesses extensive experience in underwater technology and relationship management, currently serving as a Technical Advisor for grant-funded underwater search and recovery programs at The College of the Florida Keys since April 2022. Previous roles include Relationship Manager at LastMinute Marketing, where online vacation activity sales and marketing are the focus, and Relationship Analyst at OurKeyWest, enhancing vacation experiences in Key West. Jim Keel also owned Keel Ocean Service, providing diver safety training and observation, and has served in various capacities ranging from sales consultant to site manager in diverse environments. An accomplished academic, Jim holds a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and multiple associate degrees in diving business technology and business administration.
