Jennifer Lee Shea

Jennifer Lee Shea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are an Associate Director of Annual Giving Communications at the College of the Holy Cross, where they strategize and executes Annual Giving marketing initiatives to consistently meet revenue targets. Jennifer Lee also manages operational aspects and partnerships with direct mail vendors and the social fundraising platform GiveCampus.

Before that, Jennifer worked as an Operations Specialist and Admissions Coordinator at UMass Chan Medical School for almost seven years, where they played a key role in recruitment marketing, application technology management, and strategic planning for the Office of Admissions.

Jennifer also has experience as a Communication and Events Specialist at the New England Dairy Promotion Board and as a Student Services Coordinator at the Wisconsin School of Business. Jennifer Lee has additional administrative experience at the Medical College of Wisconsin and as an Event Planning Intern at the Lupus Foundation of America.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Community Coordinator at The George Washington University and as an Usher Supervisor at the Wisconsin Union Theater. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Jennifer Lee Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Arts and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jennifer Lee also pursued a Masters of Tourism Administration at The George Washington University School of Business, specializing in Event and Meeting Management and Student Affairs. Jennifer Lee obtained their high school diploma from Notre Dame Academy in Worcester. In addition, Jennifer has a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite, which they obtained in 2021.
