Julie Draczynski has a diverse work experience in the field of career development and counseling. Julie started their career in 2000 at Fidelity Investments, where they held various roles such as Program Director and Performance Consultant. During their time at Fidelity, Julie managed learning and development initiatives, implemented training programs, and supervised teams. In 2011, they volunteered at the Career Planning Center at the College of the Holy Cross, where they guided students on job search strategies and provided resume critiques. Julie then joined Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a Career Counselor in 2012 before returning to the College of the Holy Cross in 2013. At Holy Cross, they worked as an Associate Director in the Center for Career Development and later became the Director of Employer Engagement. In these roles, they focused on employer development, student engagement, and counseling. Throughout their work experience, Julie has demonstrated strong skills in counseling, advising, program management, and strategic planning.
Julie Draczynski holds a Master of Science degree in Training & Development from Lesley University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Julie also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In 2016, they obtained a certification in the Strong Interest Inventory.
