Tomicka Wagstaff

Tomicka Wagstaff is the Vice Provost & AVP, DEI at College of the Holy Cross. Tomicka has also been a member of the ACT Rochester Steering Committe with United Way of Greater Rochester from November 2009 to January 2011. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Vice President for Academic Access and Success at Rochester Institute of Technology from May 2008 to January 2022. Before that, they were an Area Coordinator at University of Rochester from January 2005 to May 2008.

Dr. Tomicka Wagstaff is an alumna of the University of Rochester, where they earned their doctorate in Higher Education Administration. Tomicka also holds a master's degree in Student Personnel Administration from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, as well as a bachelor's degree in sociology from the same institution. In addition, they have completed a certificate program in African American Leadership Development from the United Way of Rochester.

Their manager is Vincent D. Rougeau, President. They work with Heather Hayes - VP & Chief of Staff, Kit Hughes - Director of Athletics, and Cornell Lesane - VP, Enrollment Management.
