Stephanie Wells

Stephanie Wells, BPR, MSc, currently serves as the Dean of Business, University Arts & Science at the College of the Rockies, where responsibilities include overseeing academic, financial, and human resource aspects of programs. With extensive experience from Capilano University, notable roles included International Partnerships and Projects Lead, Vice Chair of Faculty of Global and Community Studies, Chair of the School of Tourism Management and School of Outdoor Recreation, and faculty member for various courses in business and tourism. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Convenor of Tourism Management Programs, Canadian LED Expert for workforce development, and Director of Training at Whistler Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Communications from Mount Saint Vincent University, with ongoing professional development in Change Management and Strategic Enrolment Management.
