The College of William and Mary (W&M) has the distinction of being considered the second-oldest college in the United States. In more than 300 years of operation, W&M has established itself as a premier university, combining an emphasis on research and engagement with the wide-ranging, interdisciplinary nature of the liberal arts. W&M's academics focus primarily on undergraduate study. More than 35 undergraduate programs are available, including a few joint degree programs with the University of St. Andrews. The Human Resources team at the College of William and Mary is responsible for managing and enhancing the overall employee lifecycle. This includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, developing and implementing employee policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
