Chelsea Busnardo

Chelsea Busnardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and franchise development. As Co-Founder of Do Good Property Management since October 2016, Chelsea has integrated a philanthropic approach into the business, committing 5% of profits to the Tomorrow's Adventure Foundation. Prior to this, Chelsea worked at College Pro Painters, initially serving as Internal Developer, assisting painters in career advancement, and later held the roles of General Manager and Senior Recruiting Manager, successfully recruiting 136 franchise owners over six years and implementing marketing strategies. Chelsea holds multiple degrees from Boise State University, including a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing.
