Fred Breeden

Fred Breeden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business ownership and management, currently serving as the Business Owner at HIDDEN TREASURES and the Licensing/Franchise Broker at Advanced Licensing since 2023. Breeden has held roles as a Recruiting Specialist for both College Prospects of America, Inc. and NCSA Next College Student Athlete, and has been the General Manager/Owner at Reliable Refunds since 2017.
