Zachary McKinlay

Zachary McKinlay is a dedicated program manager with extensive experience in higher education and youth development. Currently serving as the Program Manager for College Services at the College Success Foundation since June 2022, Zachary manages campus-based initiatives aimed at increasing college persistence and completion for scholars. Previously, Zachary worked at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, focusing on supporting underrepresented students and implementing academic workshops. Earlier roles include admissions counseling and multicultural outreach at the University of Washington, as well as leadership positions with YMCA, where Zachary developed curriculum and mentored youth. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Washington.
