Jamilah Adams

Jamilah Adams, M.Ed., is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Founding Operations Manager at College Track since January 2022, Jamilah has led a team to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in event planning and data management. Previously, as the Manager of Events and Communications at PAVE, Jamilah successfully implemented change management strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring program continuity. Earlier roles include streamlining billing processes at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and reducing asset loss at SEPHORA. Jamilah holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership from American University and has a strong academic background in Human Development from Howard University and Penn State University.
