Luisana Victorica

Luisana Victorica is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Lead Executive Site Director for College Track in California since September 2020. Previously, Luisana held various roles at the NYC Department of Education as a School Counselor and worked as a Program Director for both Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and the Center for Court Innovation. Additionally, Luisana served as a Program Manager at City Year and gained early career experience as an Academic Advisor for the Early Academic Outreach Program and a Diversity Training Consultant at DiversityWorks. Luisana holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
